Pixelmon plugin, with SRC.

I'm looking for a plugin that works with the Pixelmon mod to give players "Trainer Levels"
I would like players to earn xp for their trainer level from pixelmon battles.


Chat format:
1> PREFIX Songs: Hi

I understand my chat is based on my permissions plugin, it is there for an example of how I want the trainer level to show up.

Lastly, I would like a config for me to make console run specific commands at said trainer levels.

For example: When a player reaches level 5 I make console run
eco give {name} 500
