What he said is completely true, he in this case wants to make sure that nobody is wasting time between them, and so in case he, if the developer shows proof of the goal that was purposely proposed and has some base, of course shows that he is really interested in continuing with the project and receive their amount. And with this method guarantees that between the two is not wasting his time unnecessarily, now you ask me, "What if I do the work that was proposed and show that it was done and he does not keep his word?", here is another situation, the developer has his part and can resell or even sell to those who are interested.[/QUOTE]
