Pixelmon Server Host and Setup

So i'm looking for help to set up a Pixelmon server. My requirements are:
-Roughly $10 per month
-10-15 slots
-Pixelmon 4.2.7

I would like to set it up with the Crew Pixelmon Adventure Map

I haven't set up a server before so any help would be appreciated
