Pixelmon (spongeforge) Perms/Roles writing, Vote set-up.

Hello all,

First off I wanted to get it out of the way that I am in fact an idiot and have a lot to learn. Please bare in mind I have a long road ahead of me, and I am hoping to have learned something by the time I get to the end of it.

First and foremost; I need help with, or someone to do for me, the writing of perms and roles for my server. I bought a host (from OVH) last weekend and got the game working, as well as all the plugins I need (for now) installed. The problem is I've never had experience with writing perms or roles for a server, and trying to do the tutorials or reading the wikis on it legitimately makes my head spin. Id be willing to pay for this service. In a perfect world it'd be nice if you could sit down with me in a Discord/Skype chat, and you walk me through the process step-by-step (Refer to my first sentence please before thinking about this option), but I understand if you don't have the temperament or the time to do this.

As a side note/side quest, I also will need someone to help with or show me how to set-up the vote system. This is not a priority and I think, now that I'm this far down in this request.., that I should probably have a website set-up before doing so.

About me: Im a person in my late 20's that just couldn't find what he wanted in a Pixelmon server, so decided to say 'f*** it' and make my own. I've staffed on other server before, but never actually ran one, and my ignorance of how to do so has really come to bite me in the backside. I am honest, too the point, and very communicative.
