I am the Director at the Pixelors Network, and we are hiring a couple of Managers to help fill some spots here. The way we operate is having 1-2 Server Managers per server, and they focus exclusively on the server.
What We Need: Someone who...
is professional and mature
has great customer service skills
can stay with us for multiple months, or longer
will be working exclusively with us, small jobs are the only exception
speaks English fluently
knowledge/experience in at least 1 of these servers: Pixelmon 1.7, Pixelmon 1.8 or 1.10, Minigames, Skyblock, or a sort of Realistic Survival.

What You Get:
A Vouch for your future ventures, obviously
A Large Commission on the profit made from ranks and other items of your server, number will not be disclosed until we are likely going to hire you
Store Credit and a Rank, dependent on time length
No need for donation issues, staff issues, drama, advertising, expenses, recruiting, etc. while with us. Server Managers focus on the server, saving time and energy while being more enjoyable.

We are not very large, but we are not small. Currently we only have Pixelmon 1.7 released, and we have been making $200-300/month on average. We plan on expanding at an accelerated rate, which in turn will keep bringing new players to our Network.
