PixelTanks(PixelRealms Server Project) DEVELOPERS NEEDED

Hello MC-Market!

With the 1.8 minecraft update server owners now have a massive amount of control over our servers because of the resource pack update.

PixelTanks will be a tank server inspired by the online MMO known as World Of Tanks.

I'm seeking people who have a lot of experience with servers. I'd also like talented resource pack modelers. THESE TANKS WILL NOT LOOK MILITARY. I've thought this over many times. A highly detailed texturepack actually looks really out of place in minecraft. The server will look very cartoon-ish and fun!

We need:
Resource pack designers: Sound design. Model design. Texture Design.
A developer team: Preferably people who work well together and have a lot of experience.

As the server is starting out developers and resource pack designers will not be paid as my finds are limited However, I fully expect this to become a massive server, really quickly and as a result, hopefully income will start to flow. Everyone who has helped with the project will be paid for their work fully. Also, I would hope the developer team would stay and help continue to develop PixelRealms. This could possibly become a very decent "job" for those involved with the server. DEVELOPERS(devs and resource pack makers), ADMINS, COMMUNITY MANAGER, WILL BE PAID REGULARLY. I DOUBT THIS WILL END IN FAILURE. ALL WE NEED IS DEDICATED PEOPLE. Tanks in minecraft? Unheard of! Let's make it happen everyone!

Role: community manager, in charge of all moderators and new admins. Very mature person and is very capable.

As of right now; we have a 4gb server running for development purposes. I will expand as we keep going in development. I have the ability to run Two dedicated servers monthly. (64 gb ram) I will upgrade my plans as needed.
