As someone who has recently become quite active in the Minecraft accounts section, mainly capes, I have noticed a massive problem.
There are constantly alts and compromised accounts coming back to sell scam accounts or otherwise sell with scamming intent, there is a huge risk to buying from many of the sellers in the cape and OG section - all that's stopping them is $10 for a premium rank. There are constantly users in the cape section that joined in the last few days posting threads, only to come back a day later to see that someone had the account pulled from them.
I suggest that users must wait 1 month before they are able to post or view threads in that section - this is usually enough time for the staff team to find and ban alternative accounts. There should also be a minimum post/rep requirement.
