The ad is ranked off ad views and diamonds it would probably take a year of inactivity to even knock half way down the toplist. Not to mention it gets 400+ daily views without even being touched which will keep it ranked.

You mean under the "top" category under servers? I checked and even the top few ones only get like 500 views a day.
