You don't need an account this guy is right. It costs the people doing this only $1/1000 votes, and then your server will likely get banned from PMC when someone reports you. I don't think its worth $25/1000 votes, when you could just do it yourself for 1/25 the price and not have to worry about scams or getting banned.
