Quite honestly i have no idea i just no he said he had scam reports so he wanted me to sell it for him that all

Seems totally legit. 3 new users without a profile pic saying this is legit.
Things you could tell us:
- who is the builder? He's gotta have a name.
- there must have been conversations between "mike" and said builder. Nobody just goes on a server and starts building a spawn.

The only thing you need is the builders approval to resell this. Message him, link his pmc account idk but if you cant tell us where the build comes from it's probably worlddownloaded.
