Player Protection Plugin

Looking for someone who can point in the the direction of or build for me a plugin that can protect pre defined areas for a price to work with economy plugins.

For example
Area 20x20 = $500
Area 50x50 = 1150

Something easy to use and the areas can be either selected by a tool or command that will maybe drop a wool block in each corner. The Area should have editable flags for the owner of the area / region once it has been payed for.

I am wanting this plugin so that players can create their own protected areas once they save enough money and so that staff are not spending much time setting up player protections.

Hope i explained that okay, I am terrible when it comes to explanations.

Greif provention generally does this, just that you would have to manipulate the config to not give players claim blocks per hour, but only allow them to buy claim blocks to whichever numbers would fit for your server (along with a number of other features).
