Player Warp plugin

I currently need a plugin where players can set and buy server warps, as well as vote for warps to put the warps in the top spot. Does anyone know a plugin like this that I can buy?

This plugin allows players to make their own warps and can be configured to work with the economy. There's no warp voting feature though.
