Players cant open cratesplus chest with correct key

Players have the correct key but cant open the chests. I have allowed chest-access, build, use, interact, and more but it still hasent work. comment down below if you know the fix!

Is there any error message going to the player or console? When you disable WorldGuard does it work? Does it work for OP/* players?

Nothing coming up in console. Op players or players with * have access.

Does it work when you disable WorldGuard and any plugin which interferes with terrain editing?
(Presuming that you're using "CratesPlus - Free Crates Plugin!" on Spigot and you have the latest version of PermissionsEx if using that)
