Players get kick

ok so, i have a problem where the server crashes but the server/console is still online (Like i can do commands)

and whenever the "Thing" happens it sends this

(Username) lost connection: Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: Error while write(...): Broken pipe

players get "Timed out"

What was the last thing you did before this happened?
If the server crashes upload the crash log here. Is it just a certain player or multiple players? Are they doing something specific that causes this?
Also, who is your host?
