Player's nametag based on FactionsUUID relationship

Hey I want to ask if anyone could make a plugin that will change player's nametag to color based on their relationship in Factions / FactionsUUID.
I thinks its small plugin so if anyone could make it , then please I really need it!
And it will make also config:
Member: 'COLOR' #Example: Member: 'LIGHT_GREEN' or Member: 'a'
Ally: 'COLOR'
Neutral: 'COLOR'
Enemy: 'COLOR'

Yes but I don't like its stupid xD its shows "{relationshipcolor}[%faction%] &r%player%" as example ally faction looks like "&d[Monkey] &rJulian"[DOUBLEPOST=1458254592][/DOUBLEPOST]I want to show "{relationshipcolor}%player%" and ally example would look like: "&dJulian"
#Color code will depend which is going to be set in config
