Hello all! My server which is a whitelisted server (aka Lexington) with a main town is accepting applications to join! It's a Vanilla townish server! Everyone can get land plots in town for home & commercial use, but you can go out if you'd like to be to yourself and have more room. The town is currently under construction. Everyone can own a shop & I'd like to grow the main town. Also every player can have a shop or service (If they choose.)

I welcome Streamers and YouTubers. If you read this please put: "Hey Trey" at the end of your app. If you are looking for a white listed server to be a part of please apply, however this does not automatically mean it is a place for your subs or followers. If you join us and there is a larger quantity of applications following your acceptance applications will be closed. I am looking for serious players who want to be a part of a community.

Here are a couple rules:

-NO PVP Unless it's agreed upon.

-Don't ask to be Opped

-Don't ask for Creative Mode

-Don't ask for Command Blocks

-Don't ask for anything to be Spawned In

-Don't ask for TP

-Don't ask for any mods or plugins

-If you lose items through dying in lava or player error, dont ask for replacements

Also! Bad Behavior will not be tolerated in the server aka Lexington.

-Any hateful behaviour towards any other resident.

-NOStealing or Griefing.

-Destroying some one else's work.

-Lexington is a vanilla server, so no Mods or macros (except Optifine).

-Excessive Swearing or bad language.

-Anything found to be causing lag will be removed.

A Couple Notes:

-Town Meetings Every Week! New Laws Can Be Proposed!

-If you find any Villages do not raid them and take all of the food or any bookshelves.

-Creeper holes are to be filled when it happens or soon after, no one likes a town surrounded by craters.

-If you would like to release a wither remember they are a highly destructive force, so releasing it far away from any one or any builds would be a good idea. I suggest using a deep cave, if the wither kills you it won't be able to easily escape.

-If you unleash a wither it must be killed before you leave, you cannot leave it alive.

-You must make sure you have killed the dragon if you summoned it, do not leave it in the end.
