I was wondering if someone could simply make me a newer and updated version of PlayerServers? I need it to be like mineplex player servers.

When you say Mineplex player servers, what do you mean by this?
Do you mean you want someone to recreate Mineplex's plugins? If so, I don't think your 10$ budget will meet that

I mean that i want a plugin that allows players to have their own personal server and can choose certain plugins
