Playertime reward

Hey.
I need a custom playertime reward system. The plugin will keep track on how long the player has played. I will be able to set goals. Like one diamond after 10 hours played. Also custom message each time a player reaches a goal. Also two commands. /playtime. Shows how long the player has played and how much before the next goal is reached also the reward they will receive.
