no, I do not build a building.

I think he's saying you should reduce the price as it's a non-exclusive build, since multiple when bought can own it. That reduces the amount of buyers who'd want to buy it.

For example: https://www.overturebt.com/store.php?id=14 This build decently larger than 200x200, it took about 1 week to make as well. Though I'm only selling it for 7$ per copy of the lobby because it's non-exclusive.

Since your map is alot larger (though still only terrain) you could look at anywhere from 5$/copy to maybe 20-25$/copy for something of that size as non-exclusive. Though I agree that 50$ for a non-exclusive price although may be "worth" it to the maker, it's harder to sell. Ivain Please check my pricing?

$50 would be fitting if there's a limited amount sold, like 3-5 copies or so. but for a non-exclusive, it needs to be VERY valuable.

Highest-priced non-exclusive product I've been able to sell is a $25 20K factions map.
If you want $50 for a non-exclusive terrain, it would likely need to be a bundle of a high quality overworld, nether, end and a bunch of builds.
