PlayerVaults - Need help fixing

The plugin was working a while ago until it started spamming errors in my console, I cannot recall what the errors were about.
I removed the jar and plugin folder and I added a newer version. The plugin wouldnt load at all. I then tried the version I was using before and that wouldnt load either. I literally tried everything to load the plugin, thankfully there are errors in console when I attempt to load the plugin, but I have no clue how to fix the problem.
Hopefully any of you can?

Maybe it's your server jar. What build are you using?

e// actually it's because there's 2 instances of JavaPlugin class, what build of player's vault are you using?

I have no idea how I haven't noticed this for so long, but I haven't got one lol? The server is 1.8 but somehow I have been living with no server jar. https://gyazo.com/d0b67c7de6a68a186a2e5d300d3dc78e
