Were an up-in-coming custom FactionsServer! We have custom plugins and exciting new things coming soon that are unique to us. We are always improving our server and adding more features based around your feedback! We strive to provide you with the ultimate gaming experience, with unique features and updates almost every week. You are what will make our staff team even better. Good Luck!

Our Staff team is starting out and growing so our hierarchy will change as the weeks go on. Most people will start out as helper and work their way up, by showing us that you have what it takes. Other people will be assigned higher ranks from past experience and other server owners/players who can vouch and give good recommendations.

Position Descriptions:

Helper- Your job is to help moderate chat and forums, and answer any questions that maybe asked by players. You will also need to help keep an eye out for any other rule in fragments players make and dish out proper punishment

Moderator- Your job is to help moderate chat, handle player reports via forums and dish out proper punishments for rule breaking. You will also keep an eye on the helpers to be sure they are doing their job properly

Administrator- Your job is to help other staff and players with problems they may have including but not limited to handing out stronger punishments, working with devs to fix problems and bugs, teaching new staff the ways of the server and bringing a positive vibe to PlayFactions.


Developer- Your job will depend on what sort of developer you are. We have McDevs, Website Devs, Teamspeak Devs and Backend Devs. All of these roles are essential to running the server and will come with a lot of trust and a lot of skill. We will be paying developers for their work by the hour. To be a dev you will require form of identification, a paypal premier account a passion for fixing problems and improving your work. We already have Website and Teamspeak Devs but we need all the others.



Side Teams- Once you reach the Moderator rank you will have the option for applying for Forum Mod. And once you reach a high enough rank we may promote you to Manager of any server node (Teamspeak, Factions, Forums etc.)

6. How important is this to you? The role as an administrator is highly important to me. My passion is to help people so that everyone has a good time. This role would be one of my highest priority due to the nature of the role. I will dedicate as much time as I can into helping everyone in general.

7. Any past experience in this field or something similar? Yes. My past experience was fixing bugs as well as helping people. The helping people part was moderating a server. I started of as a helper and was promoted to Moderator after my time of service. The server did unfortunately shutdown after a merge where it became a Practice PvP Server. The names in order were "CraftCadia -> Flowz -> Cryl.in" if you want to search it up. The fixing bugs part was being an administrator / co-owner for a friends server that didn't go well down the owners end due to payments but I fixed bugs that were related to permissions, writing permissions for ranks and just bugs that affected gameplay.

8. Have you ever managed a server / network before? Yes but as a co-owner only. Detail stated above.

9. Would you still want this job even if it had high stress? Yes, I can cope with high stress and get things done within a timeframe.

10. How many hours are you willing to dedicate a day/week? Currently as I am on break from school around 4+ hours on weekdays and weekends. When I get back to school around 3+ on weekdays and 4+ on weekends.

11. How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated staff member? You can trust me because I am an approachable friendly person that likes to help and is dedicated to the work that I do. I almost never say no to a task and always strive to try my hardest to reach my full potential. You will see that I will not give up and will seek help only when required. I am currently not staff on any server so when I play Minecraft I would fully dedicate my time to being a staff member on your server. I am a trustworthy and responsible person that will do what ever it takes to make a better place for everyone. I always act as professional as I can.

I also am experienced in finding hacked clients/mods in screenshares as well extensive knowledge in finding hacks.

6. How important is this to you? Becoming an important member of a staff team is something that I have been striving for ever since I started playing minecraft. While being on a staff team is difficult and time consuming, it is also very rewarding. Helping others is important to me, as it makes me feel good knowing I made someone's day just a little bit better.

7. Any past experience in this field or something similar? Previously, I became a moderator on Upot for over 3 months. It was a factions type server in addition to a practice mode. Unfortunately that server shut down due to loss of money, and all staff team members lost their position. Ever since, I have been looking for the right fit at a smaller server where I can help build a steady player base at.

8. Have you ever managed a server / network before? No, the highest rank I got to was moderator+, but I was soon going to be promoted to administrator.

9. Would you still want this job even if it had high stress? I am very aware of the stress and difficulty of this job. Becoming a staff team member is a priveledge and very large responsibility. It is something not to be taken lightly and I am very ready for it.

10. How many hours are you willing to dedicate a day/week? Every Nonday through Friday, I am available to be on the server from 4-9:30 EST. On weekends, I am very flexible and can sometimes be on the whole day.

11. How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated staff member? I am a very trustable, mature, professional, and responsible person that would be a joy to have on your staff team. You will never have to worry with a guy like me because I always put the server needs over myself.

6. How important is this to you? This application is very important because I really love playing Minecraft and why not help people while playing; I really want this position that I am applying for because I think I can bring a newer kind of vibe to your server and I just want to help all I can .
7. Any past experience in this field or something similar? I have ran over 3 faction servers I have been playing minecraft for over 5 years i know almost every command and more I have been admin, head-admin, mod, helper, helper+ and more I am very experienced in being staff on servers.
8. Have you ever managed a server or network before? I have ran muiltple severs and coded for most of them my self I am able to run console and I know how to catch hackers and people ruining the fun for others.
9. Would you still want this job even if it had high stress? Of course I would once you become staff on a server you are suspose to act like one you can't break under pressure you have to have fun and keep moderating or helping players
