I'm looking to get an SMP spawn made by a builder. I'm after a rough 100x100 build that's surrounded by natural looking mountains, in the center I want a spawning pavillion/gazebo with a small path that goes past different NPC's (vote info, ranks info, store info ect) with their corresponding decoration surrounding. I'd also like some houses and buildings that fit a "Gold rush, gold mine" theme.
I've been in contact with some builders who have provided me with their portfolio and even though they've all been outstanding on big projects, none of them have shown me any proof that they can work well with small builds and put more time into decoration (flowers, ponds, man-made mines ect). Please only contact me if you're confident that you have the detailing/decoration skills i'm looking for.
Build teams are not interesting to me unless you can provide me with an exact builder who you believe is fit for this project.
