I would recommend these guys if your looking to get ripped off, They quoted me $400 for a simple reward plugin and thats me saving 15% lol

Your quote was not $400 after the discount, in fact it was substantially less. As I said in our private discussions, you will always be able to find a 14 year old developer willing to work for a few dollars, that's no reason to act like you were being scammed or "ripped off".
