Please fix the name color change glitch (ik this has already been suggested)

Please fix the glitch where your name color changes back even if you switch it, I try changing my name to green color, then it switches back to purple within 10 mins....... PLEASE CONSIDER THIS TIME! I paid money for this.....

I feel as if we have been scammed by Mick
In all seriousness though, they should fix this. We paid for something, which in this case was a name color, and we don't even have the ability to use the one we wish. If we aren't able to use something that WE purchased, we should atleast be allowed to chargeback, or get our money back.
Either fix this glitch, or give us our money back (which you won't do, cause y'all are stingey as FUCK)

To be less harsh we did pay for this with our own money. The staff team was 100% aware of it but we’ve had no update.

The worst part was, after going through the suggestions, I've learned that Mick and other staff members (More specifically Justis R, and BucketOfSloths) have said that this bug was fixed numerous times, despite it not being fixed.

They applied fixes but weren't aware they didn't work until it happened again. So they may have believed it was fixed.

Well, with one of the earlier announcements there was a "fix" in place which should've resolved the issue. So when a staff member is saying it's fixed, that's likely what they are referring to. It's not really a matter of considering it, more of a matter of figuring out what's causing the problem and completely removing the cause.

There doesn't seem to be much activity revolving around this problem, it is not fixed.
