I have seen too many scam reports where the whole incident is just a massive miscommunication that could have been prevented with clear guidelines to what the customer is expecting from the product. It takes a few minutes to establish, but saves from a ton of headaches! If these types of reports are reduced, the backlog will be little to none. So for the sake of you and this site, please set a TOS & deal guidelines for every deal you do! Make sure to explicitly state it!!!
