Haha, Yass. CSGO, Fortnite & Minecraft can run on an i3. i7 are amazing, but I would recommend you going for an i5, therefore you're not paying a lot, and you'll still get your FPS. (I'm not expert at this btw)

It is a good build, if anything, you should get an SSD for much better startup and load times, but that is just my opinion. Also, I would recommend the Hyper 212 Turbo Dual Fan if you want to do any overclocking. Also, that motherboard only has 2 PCI x16 slots and four SATA connectors, perfectly fine with your current setup, but if you want to ever do some expansion, it could lead to a problem.
