Hello users of MC-Market. I am in need of some help.
I have been banned on MCM since January of 2019 on my account jackari. I have created a new account to make a ban appeal which was jackari2. I am just reaching out for a bit of help right now. I made my ban appeal on November of 2019, and I have still not came to a resolution with the admin that is working with my appeal. I have not been updated on said appeal (as in the admin responding to my questions/concerns) since March 22nd of 2020. I really just need some help here in what to do. I realize that yes, this is considered ban evading but I'm just at a loss and really am genuinely confused. I've tried adding the person who opened the scam report on me originally to no avail. I got my PayPal deleted over this situation, and yet the admin still has asked me multiple times for proof that my PayPal was negative. I was truly in a kinda bad situation, as I was scammed out of an account (that I was trying to sell to get the money back to pay the user that I got the loan from), and my PayPal was negative. I am not looking for sympathy or for any type of "oh sorry that happened" type thing, and I'm not expecting it. I am technically a "scammer", but I didn't do it with the intentions of scamming.

I take responsibility for my actions and do realize that what happened is classified under me scamming said user for the amount of $25 which I owed to the user, and I understand that just because my situation was different from others, I shouldn't have different circumstances ban appeal wise, but I just don't understand why I have had this opened for more than 7 months now, and haven't gotten a response in 3. I get that the admins are busy, but I just think it's a little bit long for no response at all.
Again, to end this post off, I'm not looking for pity or people to say "Oh you shouldn't be unbanned" and such. I understand opinions of people and I understand that people on this site will either have the opinion of me being a scumbag and I should stay banned, or the opinion of I should be unbanned. Please, if you're not willing to say some genuine help for me, I kindly ask to refrain from replying to the thread, as I'm just trying to seek help. Thank you in advance to anyone willing to help. I understand if this post gets locked in a day or less to be honest, and I understand that I am currently ban evading, but I don't have a bad intent behind it.
