Hello there guys, I’ve been thinking of starting a business with someone IRL which is selling gift cards such as steam, paypal, itunes... etc. So I was wondering if I bought a gift card online (steam gift card $30 for example) and I bought it for like $35, would it be worth more or I’ll sell for cheaper? Because I wanna make profit and not lose money. Please suggest some help..

If I were to give you 20 dollars and you gave me 23.5? It dosent make sense.. you should be buying for 20 and selling for 23

I won’t sell online, I’ve asked a couple of stores and they charge extra couple of dollars, so I thought I can offer people for cheaper than stores since some people don’t trust online for sure.

You would need an agreement with Steam to buy 30'000 Steam cards at once for cheaper so that you can resell them. Costs a lot anyway.

You guys don’t get the idea. In my local area there are NO stores that serve these kinds of items and my local area barely use online since amazon doesn’t even ship to here. So I was thinking of buying cards ONLINE and sell it to people in my neighbourhood. That’s all.. Like we have stores like Virgin MegaStore and I think he charges like $29 for a $25 card, so I offer the people the card for $26 or even $24 if I bought it with a decent price..
