Render itself (res wise) is good, though the lighting is green which is a little odd, the textures are very low res and blurry as well. The dog has a decent fluid movement though the player does not.
You should have extruded the head hair to give it a better 'flow' I guess. If you did extrude you should have made it a higher level from the face. Also the extrude on the feet seems off with just the bottom layer extruded.
As Baum said the green lighting looks odd, so you could fix that easily by doing a bit of work in PS.

The render looks a bit too saturated but apart from that, it looks amazing! Try making the character have a bit more action!
