Hey guys, I'm pretty new to the forums.
I joined because I'd like to invest in a Minecraft server. I've made over $30K buying/selling domains and websites. I created a couple of servers in the past, mostly as side projects and just for fun, never for profit.

I'm looking to invest about $150 to $300 on a well developed and already active server with at least a tiny community of "regulars". Any server I'm seriously considering, I will spend at least a few days, maybe even a week on before deciding to buy.

Requirements:
- Must have at least some custom content
- Must have at least a small player base
- Must be reg'd on vote sites
- Must have a website/domain(s)
- Any custom graphics are a huge plus!

Please send me your site's and IP's for servers

I'm not looking for anything insane or that requires lots of custom coding.
I know basics of HTML,CSS,JS,PHP and that's it, nothing Java.

Looking to skip the hassle of "Starting from scratch" as I've done many times in the past.

As I am new, I am more than okay with getting a mod involved in the sale as a middle man or escrow. Not sure how that's normally done here on the forums. I'm well established on Flippa/NamePros (@frostify) but am a "newb" on mc-market.

I have a server with a 5 - 10 player base that just came out a week ago and we've received some really good donations, I might try selling it - It's well configured everything works and there's no problem. But I don't know(I've worked on this server for monthes) but I'll pm you if i decide to sell it.

Krythex I used to be a the creator of a server called Climax Factions. We had a small player base but we eventually took down to the server due to the school. This Factions Server consisted of Koth, Events, Crates, Custom Builds, GUI's, Shop, Spawn. It consisted of everything you could ever want in a server.
