Its kind of awk when I'm at school viewing, and it says Minecraft Market

Although I don't think a lot of the school computer's they're talking about will have permission to install chrome addons.

I would also like the Email header changed too, having my friends look over my shoulder and possibly seeing the name is a constant fear of mine.

Probably not. At least not with any of the primary browsers. Maybe some weird 3rd party browser, or a possible jailbreak tweak / rooted modification (not really an Android person unfortunately).

Create a filter in your email client that sends all MC-Market emails to a specific folder, or just disable email notifications.

Although, for the school computer / phone you could create a website that acts as a proxy to MC-Market but removes all 'Minecraft' keywords before displaying it to you.
Probably would be easier to make a Windows Form application and use the WebBrowser Control, and just remove the words before displaying as well.
