Hello, I'm ClimaxGaming. I own PlebMC and we're in huge needs of staff. Let me show you few features about the server now

Usually, we only start accepting from [Trainee] only because we don't want people to instantly have OP, and harm the server. If you really qualify, the max rank could be moderator. You cannot apply for a specific rank.

You don't, but it's a hassle for players. If you can't invest into a simple dedicated IP then you better try getting some funds before making a server.

LOL! I honestly love these servers. They list literally everything that a basic factions setup has, and don't even have the major points. Good try, 'Pleb MC'
