Plexus Summary
The PlexusMC team want to bring back the old feeling of Minecraft, the survival feeling that the player decides how they run the game. The staff or the developers don't make the game ran in a single way, the player can choose how they progress and come up with their own strategies. We don't want to take away that feeling of Minecraft as a whole, the thing that made the game popular in the first place. The game will also have a hidden lore behind it, it won't be focused on to the player it will have to be dug out, this will also span over multiple servers within the network, though we are starting out as one.
History
Gen 1 > Plexus, under new management with a player whom worked from Microsoft.
Gen 2 > The New Manager was in a car accident which he forfeited from Plexus and gave the ownership to MrFlacko
Gen 3 > Plexus went for a design of a business with partial owners and co owners until the lack of developers and miscommunications.
Gen 4 > Plexus began a solo direction focusing on Prison due to personal commitments with school MrFlacko had to postpone the development.
Gen 5 > MrFlacko hired an assistant Nicky they have been running the server for over a year now with multiple changes made where the server now is in Alpha of Survival with a motivated staff team and great community.

What Does the PlexusMc Development team do?
We work together completing tasks set be the head developer via Trello. The developers can choose what they want to work on from the list and there is rarely a shortage of tasks.

What has been accomplished in the last 6 months with development?
Around 90 plugins configured in a pristine manner and each has an important purpose, a 1.15.2 survival server that runs extremely efficiently on some amazing hardware. Just about to release for Beta, (currently in alpha). Also an awesome and expanding hidden lore throughout multiple servers.

What are Subteams?
Sub-teams are in place to ensure that the Staff team is properly divided into sections and departments, allowing for efficient development of the server through a thorough organization. These sub-teams are in addition to the day-to-day tasks of a staff member. Despite this, sub-teams can also be composed of regular players of the server, allowing them to have an input on how the server is run, what content is included as well as having an input on the future of the server.

This is one of the three sub-teams and is focused on the future of Plexus.
Members of this sub-team need to be innovative and able to come up with unique and new ideas that will allow Plexus to grow and develop as a server.
Creativity is the heart of this sub-team and can consist of Staff and regular players, allowing Players to have an input on the future of Plexus.
Some of the members of the Content sub-team include Graphic designers, builders, developers and writers, who are all working in tandem to achieve a common goal.
This sub-team allows anyone to openly express themselves and can be seen as a creative outlet from your day-to-day life, focusing on making sure Plexus will be an enjoyable playing experience in the future for players, as well as yourself.
If you love to be creative and love working in a team, this sub-team really is the place for you!

- Working on OP SkyBlock alpha release during survival beta
- Making the best survival, SkyBlock and factions server you have ever seen as well as some custom game modes never been done.
