I'm kind of lazy atm, and I'm in need of a cool plot road design
The road width would probably be like 7 or 9 blocks (Depending on which looks better)

It wouldnt block anything since you can fly in creative, and thats why first thing i asked was with roof or not so its up to the buyer. And its not supposed to be complicated
