Plot Squared Deny all players

I was wondering if anyone knows a way I can deny all players from going into other players plots? I have a cannon server I am working on and I don't want people flying into other plots stealing cannon designs.

Region bordering, or set all plots to have a wall surrounding it so no one can get out or in. So when a player joins it immediately sets them to a plot.

Well I have walls set to max height 255 and that doesn't work. I'm not sure how region bordering would work with that either and it would be time consuming. There has to be a way to edit it in the config or add a flag to the world...

Yes, but I need a solution to add it to all plots without having a player run the command.

Don't think that's put in the plugin , just set a reminder for your players to run the command.
