Oh man, they are a bad host. I have got a worse experience so far, the IP they gave out is broken and the SSH console is not working along with the panel which gave out wrong password and I had to reset it again.

Now, there's no reply in the support tickets. Almost 2-3 days.

A while ago they banned a shit load of people that they suspected were leaking shit out because they got exposed in various different ways (one being a video I recorded, another being a scam report on here which got deleted). I am pretty sure they didn't delete it but it is damn hard to get in there though I cannot confirm this. I myself even got banned.
