Hello and thank you for clicking on this thread! My name is Justin the Support Supervisor at PloxHost. The reason I am making this thread today is that we at plox want to expand our company, of course we can't expand with the amount of staff we have currently. So we are posting this thread to promote joining our team and submitting an application to join! Down below you will find the following requirements needed to be a Support representative for us. Requirements needed:

16 years old
Have a valid state ID, School ID, or something to verify your age and who you are
Previous experiences in Customer service is appreciated
Be able to communicate with proper English and grammar
Have discord including a proper microphone

Must have knowledge on minecraft server management
Have the ability to communicate with others
Be able to adapt to a quickly changing industry and provide solutions to meet clients needs

What your responsibilities will be:

Help provide support in a fast paced work environment
Work alongside your peers to provide quick and effective support
Provide detailed status and statistic updates to management

Appreciated but not needed:

Prior history WHMCS
Prior history with multicraft

What happens from here?

If we have interest in your application we will contact you through discord (Must be within the ploxhosting discord).
We will then setup a voice interview with you
Finally we will have you sign an NDA (Non-discolsure agreement) if you are over the age of 18 you can sign yourself however if you are under the age of 18 your parents will need to sign it for you.
