PloxHost | Searching for staff!

Hey,
As you know I'm the owner of PloxHost. I usually handle most of the live chats, tickets, error fixes. Name anything, I will be there. However, I do need a break! I'm starting to look for staff members! However, I'm not looking for the ones who promise me a lot of things then don't actually do it. I'm looking for people who will actually dedicate their time. Actually, answer live chats. Answer clients tickets. Things like that! I never do want to leave a client hanging that would be the worst feeling if I was ever in a client's shoes.
