Plugin Dev for Pocketmine (mcpe)

Hello there,
Recently I have began the creation of a Minecraft server for the Pocket Edition version of Minecraft. I have a fine group of builders along with myself who are working hard putting the server together. The type of server it will be is a Prison server. I wish to create a server where people will enjoy a nice gameplay of a true Prison server and not like some of these servers that are out there. Now with that being said there is just one slight issue, when it comes to funds I am currently on a very low budget as it is and have merely enough to keep the server hosted online without any concern for lag. I am looking for someone who has knowledge in PHP and can assist me with creating this server, coding wise. I will not be able to pay as of now, however if you decide that you wish to assist me on my dream, then I will glady pay more than needed whenever the server starts to make sales. And after I return the payment if you would still like to continue coding for me I will glady make an arrangement for us to set up a payment agreement so that you do get paid for your hard work. I know people don't really like to do things for nothing in return, and that isn't an issue and I do not wish to make it seem as if I believe I will just get help merely because I ask, but I do also understand that the world if full of great and amazing people who enjoy helping others.

I know I do not have much to offer and it doesn't seem like anyone would even want to help when in the start they will have nothing in return and no real guarantee that the server will get successful however, I believe with the right person and the right dedication we can amount to things never imagined and I believe that if I can just manage to find someone to help me I know that things will work out for the best, even if the odds are against us. One way or another the server will prevail.
My dream is a bit far fetched however I believe it is worth it in the long run.
