Plugin DEV needed!

So I am wanting to create a Faction PVP server, and I have a fair bit of knowledge on what too do, but I think it would be best if I had something who knows exactly what they are doing.
I currently have the server and am ready to start Asap. My only payment offer I can give at the moment would be for when the server starts up and we start getting donations I am willing to give 15% of donations to the Dev.
Most money from donations will go towards the server, But I will make sure the Dev is my first priority to pay.

A dev is someone who writes code, not someone who configures essentials.
