Plugin Developer [free & paid, small & medium]

Hello, I am a plugin developer. I am offering the creation of small plugins for free (something I can create in less than a day). Medium plugins I am offering at the price of 1usd/hr (medium plugin might take <a week to create at a couple hours work per day).

I'm looking to mostly expand my portfolio, thats why I am doing small plugins for free and medium plugins for a low price.

-you pay 50% first, i create a rough plugin, i create a showcase showing the plugin, if you approve you pay the other 50%, i then finish & send you the plugin.
-users with high rep can pay the full amount after the plugin is fully finished.
-pay through paypal f&f
-after i have sent you the plugin, you can redistribute the plugin all you like
-you cannot charge for these redistributed copies though
-you cannot claim these redistributed copies as your creation
