How much would it cost for you to bind all the plugins up and add them all into one plugin. I heard about this, but I wanna know if you are able to do such a thing.

You don't want to do something like that. It's a waste of time and it's harder to maintain and fix problems. Keep each core function separate (for example a Factions plugin and a Crates plugin should be seperate).
