Plugin Developer Needed

I'm looking for a Java developer for my network.

Like any person, I'd prefer you to work for free, or extremely low cost, but I am more than happy to pay for your quality of work and contribution to the server. You'll be treated as an administrator in the network, creating quality and efficient plugins on demand when needed.

I do have some requirements:

Must have experience with BungeeCord/Waterfall as well as Paper/Purpur
Experience with Maven and using maven in your projects
Experience with Git, Redis, MongoDB & MySQL
Ability to write clean and efficient code for any type of server
Be able to work both independently, and in a time, to a schedule and work when needed
You must be able to write plugins in the category of a simple custom mini-game (for events), a network staff chat (which utilises Redis and MySQL) & more
Be able to recode (open sourced) plugins we use, to create better customizability and more with our own network.

As I said, I'd prefer you to start a voluntary position, working for free purely because you enjoy it. Obviously, after you've shown what you can do, you will be paid for what you produce for our network. You'll be paid using PayPal, and you MUST provide fair quotes before starting development on a new plugin/project for us.
