I'm looking for an experienced Minecraft plugin developer to help code a plugin for me, I don't want to go into too much detail but the user must have knowledge with using the JSONAPI. Also if you have a knowledge of how to communicate between Java and PHP than I'm looking for you.

Communicating with PHP is just sending a url request, not to difficulty. If he means running a php script.

No I mean gathering information from the server when a PHP script is run and also running server commands when a PHP script is run.

Of course, use a backend to store all information which both PHP and Java can use.
