-Must work off GitHub and others code
-Must know maven
-Not joining just for the money, I want someone who loves coding and will be appreciated when receiving payment for doing something they enjoy.

Ok? I mean I had 80-100 players without any ads so I think I'm doing fine. I want dedicated developers as they usually have the best code as they're doing something they enjoy.
