Plugin Development - Cheap as hell!

So, if you're looking for a cool fancy image showing off who i am and what i do, sorry, you gotta deal with this wall of text, no-good with gfx :I.

1. Who are you?
- Well, i am a software developer, and programmer. I like programming in my free time, and i like helping servers out, as well.
2. You say you are cheap, i have come across threads like this, and they have ended up as expensive, what do you have to say about this?
- Mostly trying to build up a portofolio, but when you consider that a two-command plugin
- with around three events and one config file is three dollars, i don't know, your choice.
3. Past work?
- While i haven't had the chance to screenshot my past work or my vouchers, i can say that i have had people who were satisfied with me. That's all up to you though, of course.
3. Is there a catch?
Absolutely not. This is just for fun. I have not put any catches, besides the "TOS" can change when i want it to, everything else is not a catch. You get your plugin, and that's it.
4. I want a big plugin, what do i do?!
- I wish i could say i will work for huge plugins, but that simply is not the case, i might be able to negotiate something though, so, you know, you can try. I will make sure the prices are fair.
5. Do you have a mic?
- Not yet. My new mic got broke a few days ago, so rest in peace my mic. (one minute of silence for my microphone.)
6. How can we trust you?
- I am giving out vouch copies for around 3-4 people, these people do not necessarily need to be highly-rated, but must be active in the community. I will check your posts, if they are all asking for vouch copies, i will not give one to you.
7. Can i direct contact you?
- NO. I cannot stress this enough, i do not want people to come to me and ask me for vouch copies, without them giving their true username, this has happened before, and i gave vouches to people who were not respected in the community, and hell even banned.
8. Will you be honest?
- Absolutely. If there's something i do not have knowledge of, i will make sure to let you know that, and if you want to retract the deal, then it's all fine.
9. Do i pay first?
- No. I prefer to give the plugin first, but remember, IF you scam me, there's this little report thing on MCM i like. While you might run away with a small plugin, you will be banned here.

So, if you didn't read the complete wall of text, i highly advise you do, as it is important to know what i ask of you.

i have 2 good reasons. The diamondhit said that because i agreed with someone that his subs were botted. And dylsdesigns said that because i asked for a vouch copy, and he wanted me to buy from him, but i didn't so he made me give him my profile so you could write something FALSE.
