Plugin Development! Plugins to build portfolio.

So, i want to make some plugins for free, now that's because i wanna build my portfolio, and you know, i want to expand my knowledge so, throw what you want! You should tell me the server version, the plugin name, and that's it!
Hopefully i can get to work with you guys :3

Here is two great and unique ideas that server owners like me would be grateful for!
(For spigot and bukkit)
1. Drink bottles of either wine, champagne, beer, (other beverages etc.) to gamble your money/current balance depending on which one you drink. On each one a 50/50 chance to add (e.g $100,000) or lose (e.g $100,000) with a cost of (e.g $20,000) when buying it. Maybe a range of 4-5 bottles all gambling different amounts? (All going up in price when you risk to win or lose more)

2. A plugin allowing players to auction items in chat with a starting bid price, auctioning what they are holding in their hand and the exact amount in their hand for 1 minute, before the auction stops and the items are given straight to the highest bidder's inventory. If they do not have enough space for the given items in their inventory, a message showing 'Full Inventory' will show up, and other messages for incidences where players bid lower than the starting bid-price.

NOTE: ALL OWNERS/DEVS LIKE TO BE ABLE TO EDIT THE PREFIXES AND MESSAGES FOR THE PLUGIN SO THEY CAN CUSTOMISE IT TO THEIR LIKING. (Maybe charge a low price for the plugin? - this will decrease users)
