I would like to find a developer to make some plugins (its a pretty simple request)

However the summary of what I want is of the following.
A quests plugin which gives "contracts* to players which includes weekly and daily contracts and I will provide a list of the ones I would like.
A "pass" plugin which will allow players to level up to get items plus more which is included in the specifics (its a pretty well known concept)
And future development.
Obviously there will be a payment involved but we must negotiate the final price in our DMs
