Looking for a multi-purpose plugin. Basically, I want the custom enchants from CosmicPvP I also want /enchanter (convert exp into a specific tier book) and /tinkerer (increase odds on the book) from there with no bugs. (book dupeing, etc.) Also permission nodes where only certain users can wear armor/enchant armor with certain number of custom enchants on it and use/enchant a sword/pick etc. with certain numbers on it as well. I also would like it if you right click an armor piece in your hop bar it goes on you for wearing and the other one comes off into your inventory exactly where the other one was put on from. I also want mobs spawned from a spawner (spawner only) to stack and not be aggro'd on a player. The last thing is a K/D scoreboard with other information about you, like your faction power, balance, faction members online, number of players online, number of staff online, etc.
