[Plugin Help] CratesPlus's holograms won't go away.

So I'm trying to get rid of these holograms but they spawned because of CratesPlus. Instead of Shift and breaking I used worldedit to delete the chests. Therefore the holograms are still there and I can't remove them. https://gyazo.com/dcffb766130c0f70b61347570207034c

Go into the CrateLocations.yml and delete all of the crates.

Where would that YML be located?

If it's in a region then use WorldGuard.
